At Home Clean Goods, we design our cleaning tools to make home care easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable. We stand behind the quality of our products. All cleaning tools, including the Twist Clean Mop, mop-and-bucket systems, and accessory items, are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What Is Covered

Material or Workmanship Defects

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops a materials-related issue within the warranty period, we will replace the defective part—or the complete product if necessary—at no additional cost.

Use as Intended

Warranty coverage applies only to products used and maintained according to their intended purpose and care instructions.

It does not extend to issues caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear.

Authorized Purchases Only

Warranty protection applies exclusively to items purchased directly from Home Clean Goods, our official website, or one of our authorized retail partners.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, fading, dents, or discoloration)
  • Accidental damage caused by drops, impacts, neglect, or improper storage
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance
  • Issues resulting from improper cleaning or care
  • Odors, mold, rust, or residue caused by standing moisture or misuse
  • Products that are lost, stolen, altered,or modified
  • Items purchased through unauthorized resellers or secondhand marketplaces
  • Damage caused by third-party accessories or alterations

Warranty Duration

This warranty is valid for one year from the original date of purchase.

If your product qualifies under the warranty, we will provide a fair replacement solution based on current product availability.

Are Special Editions Covered?

Yes. Special edition colors or limited-release versions are covered under the same One-Year Limited Warranty. If an identical style is unavailable at the time of replacement, a comparable product of equal value will be offered.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Prepare Your Proof of Purchase

    A receipt, order confirmation, or invoice from an authorized seller is required.
  2. Document the Issue

    We may request photos or a short video to help verify the defect.
  3. Submit Your Claim

    Complete our Warranty Claim Form with your details. Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps.
  4. Return the Product (If Requested)

    In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item for inspection. If a return is required, we will cover the shipping cost.

Once your claim is approved, a replacement product or part will be provided at no charge.

What Is Covered

Warranty Limitations

Home Clean Goods makes no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty becomes void if the product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Home Clean Goods or an authorized partner.

We reserve the right to request photographic proof of defects and may require return of the defective item for quality control evaluation.
No monetary refunds are provided under this warranty, and coverage is non-transferable.

In no event shall Home Clean Goods be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
